Texas Hill Country Olive Co. offers guided tastings of their award-winning extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars at the Dripping Springs orchard. Sessions are limited to 24 guests and run Tuesday through Thursday at 2:00 PM and Friday through Sunday at 11:00 AM, 12:30 PM, and 2:00 PM. Tickets are $25 per person and are available through Xola; booking in advance is recommended.
