These SMS Terms cover text messages (SMS) from DS Tiger Guide. By opting in to our texts, you agree to these terms.

Program

Program name: DS Tiger Guide text messages.

Program description: DS Tiger Guide texts people who ask to hear from us: replies to your requests, updates about your account and business listing, follow-ups about a free audit you asked for, and occasional offers.

How you join

You join by ticking the text message box on one of our forms at https://dstigerguide.com and giving us your mobile number. The box is never ticked for you.

By ticking it, you agree to receive recurring text messages from DS Tiger Guide at the number you gave. They may be sent by automated technology. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase, and you do not have to agree to use our site.

You must be at least 18. You must also be the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. We send texts at reasonable times, generally between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. your local time.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

You can also opt out by replying QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT, or by asking us in any other reasonable way, such as by email or phone. If you have an account, you can also turn texts off on your Profile page. We honor every opt-out request promptly.

After you opt out, we send one message to confirm, and then we stop. To get texts again, reply START, or tick the text message box on one of our forms.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your coverage. Texts are available on most major US carriers.

Your mobile number

We never share or sell your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the text message provider that delivers our messages.

If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from it first or tell us. That way the number's next owner will not get our texts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. If we make an important change, we will tell you before it takes effect. You can reply STOP at any time.
